Quote on the spot
LEAK · the estimate you write at 9pm, three days late
Your real pricing becomes a system the customer reaches through six questions on their phone. A branded estimate lands in their inbox with a booking button inside it.
Four moving parts
- 01
We take your real pricing — base rate, labour, add-ons, the spreadsheet only you can open — and turn it into rules.
- 02
A short intake form asks the customer five or six questions on their phone.
- 03
Those answers run through your pricing rules and produce a clean, branded estimate.
- 04
It lands in their inbox with a booking button inside it — the piece that turns a quote into a job.
In every build

- Mobile intake form

Fair questions
I price every job differently.
Most do. We capture the rules you already follow in your head — ranges, minimums, travel, add-ons — and anything outside them flags for you instead of quoting blind.
What if the price comes out wrong?
You can set it to send automatically or hold for your approval. Start on approval and switch once you trust it.
Does this replace the site visit?
No. It gets a credible number in front of them the same day so you're still in the running when you turn up to measure.
