Privacy Policy
This policy explains how FutureFlex Digital collects, uses and shares personal information on futureflexdigital.com, in the FutureFlex CRM at app.futureflexdigital.com, and in the services we provide. "FutureFlex Digital" is a trade name of Coba Elite LLC ("we," "us"). For visitors to our site, people who contact us and our customers' account holders, we decide how personal information is used. For information about our customers' own contacts, we act as a service provider (see section 6).
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you fill out a form, book a call or contact us, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, business name and any message you write. When you subscribe, we collect account details and billing information.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We receive limited details, such as the card brand, last four digits and billing status.
- Automatic information: like most websites, our hosting and our site collect technical data such as IP address, browser, device and pages visited.
- Information processed through the Services: the Services handle contact records, call recordings and transcripts, text messages, form submissions and chatbot or AI conversations on behalf of our customers.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure and support the Services, including billing.
- To respond to your questions and requests, and to send service messages.
- To send you marketing emails about our services, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, to improve our Services, and to comply with the law.
3. How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us run the Services, such as payment processing (Stripe), website hosting, email, telephone and text-messaging carriers, and AI and voice technology providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us. We may also share information to comply with the law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business sale or transfer, or when you direct us to.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Text messaging
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your request or account. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
5. Cookies and third-party content
Our site may use cookies and similar technologies, and loads some content from third parties, such as web fonts from Google and a voice demo from an AI voice provider. These providers may receive technical information such as your IP address when your browser loads their content.
6. Information we handle for our customers
Our customers use the Services to communicate with their own contacts. For that information we act as a service provider and process it only on the customer's instructions. If you are a contact of one of our customers and have a question about your information, please contact that business directly. You may also contact us, and we will pass your request to the customer.
7. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. After a plan ends, account data is available for export for 30 days and may then be deleted.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by writing to info@futureflexdigital.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will respond within the time the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
10. Children
Our Services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Where information is processed
We operate in the United States, and information may be processed and stored there.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version with its date, and for material changes we will notify you by email or on our site.
